Request for Contract Extension – Building Department Services

Description of Action

The Interlocal Agreement for Guaranteed Service (ILA) relating to Building Code Services between the City of Dania Beach and Broward County will expire on September 30, 2011.  City staff has prepared and processed a Request for Proposal for Building Department Services and the staff selection committee has recommended that the City award the contract to a private contractor (Agenda item 8.1).
